These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Noa Base platform, including related websites, applications, and services operated by People V Care Ltd.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or are required to be restricted by law or policy.
The platform may be used only for lawful purposes connected to scheduling, care coordination, onboarding, account management, and related operational activities authorized by People V Care.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The platform may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part at any time.
We may perform maintenance, security updates, or operational changes that affect access or functionality.
The platform, its branding, software, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to People V Care Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly allowed in writing, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.
The service is provided on an as-available and as-provided basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of any kind except where such disclaimers are not legally permitted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, People V Care Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the platform.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
